About us

Gallery HAN is one of Korea's most dynamic modern art venues. Renamed from its predecessor  'Eve Gallery' which was established in Oct. 1996 in Samsung-dong and Hoegi-dong in Seoul, it was reopened with its new name of 'Gallery HAN' and moved to the current location in Gyeoungun-dong Seoul in Dec. 2004.

 Focusing on contemporary Korean art, Gallery HAN unearths gifted contemporary Korean artists working in a variety of media and styles and introduces their works to art-lovers around the world. For the past 2~3years, Gallery HAN has been taking part in various international art expositions especially in Asia and Europe, including Shanghai Art Fair, Singapore Art Fair and Korean International Art Fair, etc. and is now planning to further broaden its global reach to exhibit Korean contemporary artworks by participating in many more international art expos around the world including in the U.S. Based on such of its achievement to date and collaboration with Art Blue Ocean, a Korean art investment group, Gallery HAN will stay committed to searching and supporting promising artists at home and abroad, and showing great Korean contemporary artworks abroad.
